Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased from Jou.dk or jouquilts.com can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The items must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received. Returns and exchanges are at your own risk and expense.

If you wish to return your order, please contact us via email with the reason for the return. Please contact us at hello@jou.dk before sending the item back and we will provide you with instructions for returning it. Please note that the cost of return shipping is at your expense.

Once we have received and approved the item, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account within 14 days. Remember to keep your postal receipt as documentation that the items have been sent.

Right of complaint

JOU QUILTS acts in accordance with the guidelines and laws set out by the Danish Consumer Agency. Any complaints can be made in accordance with the rules laid down for trade in goods. This means that you can complain about defects and errors in the product that have occurred within 24 months of purchase. However, this does not apply to defects, damage or wear and tear that are a direct result of incorrect handling, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear on the product. In connection with defects or failure to deliver goods, please contact JOU QUILTS at hello@jou.dk .

If your complaint is justified, you will be reimbursed for your shipping costs. If you are returning an item, please inform us of the problem in as much detail as possible. Please ensure that the item is shipped safely and securely, and be sure to obtain a receipt for the shipment so that we can refund the amount.
