Return & Exchange

Goods purchased from Jou.dk or jouquilts.com webshop can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were on receipt. Returns and exchanges take place at your own risk and at your own expense.

If you wish to return your order, please contact us via email with the reason for the return. Contact us at hello@jou.dk before sending the item back, and we will give you instructions for the return. Please note that the cost of return shipping is paid by you.

Once we have received and approved the item, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account within 14 days. Remember to keep your postal receipt as documentation that the goods have been sent.

Right of complaint

JOU QUILTS acts in accordance with the guidelines and laws drawn up by the Danish Consumer Agency. Possibly complaints can be made in accordance with the rules laid down for trade in goods. This means that you can complain about defects and errors in the product that have occurred within 24 months of purchase. However, this does not apply to defects, damage or wear and tear which are a direct result of mishandling, lack of maintenance or general wear and tear on the product. In connection with deficiencies or non-delivery of goods, please contact JOU QUILTS at hello@jou.dk .

If your complaint is justified, you will be refunded your shipping costs. If you are returning an item, please inform us of the problem in as much detail as possible. Make sure the item is shipped safely and securely and make sure you get a shipping receipt so we can refund the amount.
